Payment Policy

We accept secure online payments via Razorpay, offering options like UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

All transactions are processed in INR and protected by Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Scrimatec does not store any sensitive payment information.

Payment Confirmation

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS from Razorpay.
  • Scrimatec will issue a digital receipt.
  • If not received within 24 hours, please contact our support.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer IT services and digital products. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis as outlined below:

Payment failed but amount debited Yes (verified via Razorpay) 5–7 business days
Service not delivered due to our fault Yes (upon review) 7–10 business days
